This is a woman in her 70’s who desired neck rejuvenation. She is shown before and a few weeks after a neck lift. In patients that do not need or desire facial rejuvenation, we are able to offer isolated neck rejuvenation with less extensive surgery and scarring than a traditional combined face and neck lift.

This woman in her 70s wanted to look refreshed but “not different.” This result was achieved with an upper blepharoplasty to remove upper eyelid skin excess, a facelift focussed on restoring midface volume, and a neck lift designed to reduce skin laxity, treat jowling, and clean up the jaw line.
